(USA) Upon receipt of your payment, orders are normally shipped out by the next business day or sooner. Domestic shipping charges are gratuitous and include tracking and insurance. This standard shipping is via USPS 1st Class Mail. If you need your order expedited via USPS Express Mail, please contact us immediately after purchase. Additional charges will apply for Express Mail shipping.

(International) Shipping charges are automatically calculated for each order based on location and total price of the order, using USPS Priority Mail Express International. Priority Mail Express International allows us to insure your order and offers tracking to many countries. If your order is under $200 and you wish to forgo tracking and insurance, please contact us immediately after you place your order. In those cases, we can adjust the shipping price to reflect a partial refund for using 1st Class Mail (no tracking or insurance available).

Your enjoyment of your new jewelry is of great importance to me. If you have any issues or concerns, please notify me. If something needs adjustment (too long/short, etc.) I will be happy to provide this service without charge. Jewelry can be returned for full refund within 5 days of receipt and within 30 days for in-store credit.
