Austro-Hungarian Georgian Brooch Amethyst Turquoise Pearls Necklace - Giselle Necklace

A beautiful ornate gilt filigreed floral Austro-Hungarian brooch - typical of the style of the Georgian era workmanship - is embellished with a beautiful amethyst centerpiece, turquoise beads, seed pearls and a sprinkling of garnets. The seven strand torsade of faceted amethyst beads is joined with turquoise and delicate little freshwater egg-shaped pearls - weaving in and out between the amethyst stones. This luxe combination attaches to hand coiled pearls before ending at the little floral gold vermeil toggle. The brooch is completely removable and can be worn as a brooch while the torsade necklace can be worn without or without the antique brooch. Size: 18” long / brooch 1.5” X 2”
